Acceptance
By downloading or using Vanism, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Vanism.
What Vanism Is
Vanism is a Travel OS — a van-life OS on iPhone. The door is vanism.ai. The desk is vanism.ai/os. This site is the product, not a shop and not a biography.
Vanism is operated by LOKES ONE LIMITED CO. The founder is Nicholas Acord (LOKES ONE) — me.lokes.one. The shop is lokes.one.

Your Use of the App
You may use Vanism for personal, non-commercial road travel. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to exploit the points or token system, submit false intel, or interfere with other users.
Community posts and intel you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not post content that is harmful, false, or illegal.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Download is free. Optional in-app purchases through Apple's App Store:

All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Dragon tokens ($ROAD) earned in-app have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for currency. They may be used within the app only.
Refunds are handled by Apple. We do not process refunds directly.
AI Copilot (C3I)
C3I is an AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude. Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely solely on C3I for safety-critical decisions such as road conditions, weather, or medical emergencies.
Always verify campsite availability, road closures, and local regulations through official sources before arriving.
Location Data
Vanism uses your GPS location to log camp stops, award GPS achievements, and provide location-aware advice. Location data is processed on your device and used only to power app features. We do not sell your location data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Vanism is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for road conditions, campsite availability, inaccurate AI responses, or any decisions you make based on app content. Van life involves real-world risk — always exercise your own judgment.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
